You Survived the ICU. Now Let's Help You Actually Recover.

The PICS Health 12-Week Recovery Program is a live, guided experience for ICU survivors — built around community, expert support, and a clear path forward.

Next cohort starts Tuesday, September 1, 2026 · Afternoon sessions at 2:00 PM ET · Limited seats

Leaving the ICU Doesn't Mean the Hard Part Is Over

Post-Intensive Care Syndrome (PICS) affects the majority of ICU survivors — and most are discharged with little to no guidance on what comes next.

Cognitive fog. Anxiety. Physical weakness. Disrupted sleep. Relationship strain.

These aren't signs that something is wrong with you. They're the predictable aftermath of surviving critical illness — and they deserve more than a follow-up appointment every few months.

An 8-Week Program Built for How Recovery Actually Works

Every week, you'll show up live with a small group of people who get it. You'll learn. You'll talk. You'll make sense of what happened to you — and what life looks like from here.

Tuesday Lectures

Structured education on PICS — what's happening in your body and mind, and why.

Wednesday Peer Support

Facilitated small-group conversations with fellow ICU survivors.

Friday Electives

Rotating topics: sleep, movement, family relationships, returning to work, and more.
